💊 Painkillers in our software. Why?
Because change, turnarounds or growth is painful for most of us. That's why dobee was founded in 2020.
It's easy to talk about ambitions, but it takes courage and commitment to take the necessary steps forward. If we want a better tomorrow, we must change our behaviour today. Changing our behaviour is hard and sometimes terribly painful.

Technology is not the only painkiller and AI is not a magic pill for most of us. Still, when we are working together, we need software that makes collaboration easier. When we need to make a change together, we need software that actually works for that purpose.

Complicated implementation, another password, complex onboarding and unnecessary reporting. 😱 Painful!

Fortunately, 2024 has been a great year in "dobee tech lab". A mix of healthy vitamins and medical ingredients have been added, into our sweet software pill: Let's dobee.it!

We are on a strategic journey together, but we don't see the same picture!
– Without the same picture, people tend to run in different directions. Chaotic? dobee has made transparency and open communication easier for leaders and changemakers.
As a leader, you are often one step ahead, telling the rest of the organisation about the next challenges you are facing - as one big team. It's painful to be on the top if people are actively disengaged or don't respond. It's also painful to be in a leadership team if you are not heading in the same direction. Chaos and constant firefighting is painful for most of us.

🌍 Strategy room (new): Make sure that everyone knows your strategy. Upload your current strategy documents, visualise your ambitions and add your own "motivational videos" for your ambitions and the entire strategy. Let everyone share the same picture and update it efficiently if you need to sharpen your focus as you move forward.

⏱️ Goal timeline (improved): Customers love the way dobee is presenting active goals, OKR or projects along a timeline, and they are using it in their meetings to show everyone how they are making progress and the deadlines are coming closer. If you are preparing next year or quarter, remember to use our new setup for planned goals, it's quite elegant.

🗺️ Goal map (new): How are all your goals connected to key elements in your strategy? With this interactive map, leaders and changemakers can take their storytelling about strategy execution to the next level. Don't be too analytical to your audience, just use the selection filters and goal connections to share your perspectives and calls for action.

– Of course, and dobee enables less reporting and adds visualisation and storytelling as a bonus. Innovators love freedom, leaders must manage performance, and dobee is bridging that gap.

Spice it up with dobee: Numbers can be very exciting for a broad audience if you put the numbers into context, add some exciting stories and discuss why numbers are developing as they are. Start in Overview or Insight and focus on a few numbers instead of an overwhelming "wall" of indicators. If you want to keep it simple, you can even use the new KPI board in dobee and connect it to your best data sources.

Kickstart it with dobee: Push the green 'New Goal' button and get the guiding you need, powered by dobee AI or just a manual wizard. We see that people are struggling with PowerPoint, Excel and time-consuming project plans, so the flow in dobee has been significantly improved this year. Experienced dobee users are making an appealing goal page in less than 30 minutes.  

Are you responsible for achieving a measurable result, yet depending on efforts from a lot of other people?
Update smarter with dobee: Your first pain is to update your result easy enough. Many customers don't have automatic data sources, so dobee has made any update extremely efficient for you. The easiest ways are the buttons on My Page or Leadership. The next pain is to engage people and encourage them to make contributions that matter. It's easier than ever! Use dobee to answer these three questions frequently: 1) What's the number? 2) Will we reach the target in time? 3) Any highlights we can learn from?

Find dobee in your pocket: dobee has become even more mobile friendly, so it's time to save it on your mobile home screen if you haven't done it yet. Click on the d-icon and land on MyPage. Your personal onboarding menu is on top to give you a good start, but you also find the big strategy and all active goals waiting for your effort. Pick your favourites, take a look at it and click the contribute-button if you feel for it 🥰. Easy-peasy!

Summarised, dobee is easier than ever. dobee is relieving pains and killing pains. Any new pain for any new user is our next challenge. 🦾

– No, not at all. It takes less than 30 seconds to start your own dobee solution, then another 60 minutes to understand it and get the basic setup in place. If you don't believe it, just try it!
Too many leaders have bad experience with new software solutions, and too many leaders are laggards when it comes to agile implementation of new technologies in their companies. User adoption is key to succeed, but leaders and changemakers need to stand up, take the risk and wait for the reward. That's painful, of course.

🔐 Single Sign-On (SSO) has been in operation for a long time, but many customers have not activated it. Now, we recommend all companies to activate SSO from the start. It provides stronger security for the company and the users don't need to worry about another password.

✈️ Personalised onboarding for the users has lately been improved. New users can be invited into dobee in many ways, but always land on My Page after login. The onboarding menu is on top and almost impossible to ignore. If you know how to use LinkedIn or Facebook, it is easy to use dobee,. Just take a look at the guiding videos and play around for a few minutes. 🎮
